Voter Education

South Dakotans voted overwhelmingly to pass both Medicaid and Recreational Cannabis Reform in 2020, but Kristi Noem and the South Dakota Legislature want to take that votes back. And that is where you come in.. Sign the petition to put recreational marijuana back on the 2022 ballot.

Community Events

Medicaid expansion will deliver healthcare to 42,000 hardworking South Dakotans, help lower prescription drugs prices and insurance premiums, keep our rural hospitals open, and create thousands of new jobs.

Petitions, Petitions, Petitions!

Amendment C was placed on the June 2022 primary ballot by Kristi Noem and the SD Legislature to prevent YOU from passing laws like Medical marijuana and Medicaid expansion. Learn more about the fight to beat Amendment C HERE.

Grassroots organizers came together to protect the minimum wage, kick the pay-day lenders out of our state, and pass Medical marijuana. We created the Democracy Center to defend those laws and pass new ones too.
