Marijuana Reform Initiated Measure
South Dakotans voted overwhelmingly to pass both Medicaid and Recreational Cannabis Reform in 2020, but Kristi Noem and the South Dakota Legislature want to take that votes back. And that is where you come in.. Sign the petition to put recreational marijuana back on the 2022 ballot.
