Put Roe v Wade on the Ballot

Let the people decide!

Freedom and Family

For decades, 2/3 of the public has supported the historic Roe v. Wade decision that ensures everyone in America can decide for themselves if, when, and how to start a family.

Yet now, the 𝐒𝐮𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞 𝐂𝐨𝐮𝐫𝐭 of the United States has reversed years of precedent and 𝐭𝐚𝐤𝐞𝐧 𝐚𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐟𝐫𝐞𝐞𝐝𝐨𝐦, leaving 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐥𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐞 𝐢𝐧 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐫𝐠𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐦𝐨𝐬𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥 𝐡𝐞𝐚𝐥𝐭𝐡 𝐝𝐞𝐜𝐢𝐬𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬 taking away our basic right to determine our own futures.

That's why the Democracy Center, Dakotans for Health, and a lot of people like YOU are going to collect 60,000 signatures and place a Roe v. Wade Constitutional Amendment on the ballot. Let the people decide!

180 days to collect 60,000 Signatures

South Dakota has a rich history of voters taking matters into their own hands when their state leaders fail to act.

It is called the Citizen Ballot Initiative and we have been doing it around here since 1898.

Now we need your help to become one of the first states to codify Roe vs Wade via the Citizen Ballot Initiative.

Please make a DONATION to help get our signature collection campaign off the ground today!

Grassroots activists came together to protect reproductive choice in 2006 and 2008. We'll do it in 2024 too.
